How it works at Steenhart
Buying, selling or trading in a luxury watch should feel simple and reassuring. Choose what applies to you and see exactly how we work — step by step.
How buying works
From a first look at the collection to a personal handover: this is how buying works at Steenhart Watches.
Browse the collection
Explore our collection from home, at your own pace. Every watch is photographed in detail and described transparently — reference number, year, condition and provenance. Have a question, or would you like extra photos or a video first? Just ask.
Personal advice
Have a watch in mind, or would you like to talk it through first? We are happy to help you find the model that suits your wishes — no obligation, no pressure.
Plan an appointment
You always view a watch with us by appointment. Choose a time that suits you; we take the time to discuss everything calmly and show you the watch up close.
Viewing by appointment
By appointment in the Bunschoten-Spakenburg area you see the watch up close, compare models and we answer all your questions. On request we are also happy to discuss the watch with you in a video call.
A secure purchase
Once you have decided, we complete the purchase securely and transparently — with a clear invoice, full documentation and a personal explanation. We take all the time the handover needs.
Personal service afterwards
Our service doesn't stop at the purchase. Have a question about your watch later on, or looking for your next piece? We are always here with advice and guidance — just as we have been for our customers for generations.
Let us know which watch interests you — we will get in touch personally.
